Working both in business and the Chamber movement has given Sue and Mark an in-depth understanding of what it takes to run a successful business. They both believe firmly that success comes from making it simple and straight forward and making sure that the business delivers a high-quality consistent result in everything it does. This means not just delivering an excellent product or service to the client but also delivering quality in relationships with suppliers, bankers, staff and everyone else that comes into contact with the business
Mark Sharman and Sue Ashby have been involved in running businesses for over 20 years. With experience of working in the UK, Europe and the USA they have exceptional experience in running businesses around the world. They have also both worked for large businesses that have given them a very different perception on running a business.
Mark was involved in working within the Chamber of Commerce movement in the UK as a Public Affairs Officer an Information Officer and ended up as the Director of Public Affairs for the British Chambers of Commerce.
Sue started her company Software Box Limited from the back bedroom of her home in Yorkshire in 1987. When she sold the business in 1999 it was creating annual sales of $50 million and annual profits of over $2 million and 50 staff.
